How do I mark a session as completed?

Your session will be marked as complete automatically if you clock in and out.

Otherwise, you will need to fill a form asking as to mark the session as complete for you.

How to clock in and out on the mobile app:

*The mobile app can be found on the app store and is called CR Essentials App*

• • When the session starts: Tap "Start Visit" to begin.
  • When the session ends: Tap "End Visit" when you're finished.

What to do if you did not clock in and out:

If you did not clock in or out, fill out this form with the exact start and end times of the session. The form must be submitted on the same day the session occurred.

Within 48 hours of submitting the form, one of our support team members will manually enter the information and mark the session as complete for you.
